3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product), the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Deals Machinery cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
